Terms and conditions

The general online sales conditions of the company SAVIN d.o.o. constitute an agreement between the customer (individual natural or legal persons) and the company SAVIN d.o.o., Glavni trg 51, 3313 Polzela, Slovenia namely for online ordering at the Snowmonkey-flask.com. If the end user has access to the online order or it is used for other purposes, they are bound by the provisions of these terms and conditions. The end user who does not agree with these terms of use for online ordering may not use this service.

The online shop is managed by the company SAVIN d.o.o. Online orders can be used by any consumer who has accepted the terms of using the website snowmonkey-flask.com and the terms and conditions of online ordering. The terms and conditions of the online order include the ordering system on the website snowmonkey-flask.com, consumer rights and the business relationship between the consumer and the company SAVIN d.o.o.

1. Purchasing

If you would like to order from our online offer, you can do this directly on the Internet site. Then select the desired products from our range, add it to the cart. When you’ve selected all products you wish to buy, proceed to checkout where you complete your order step by step:

Step 1: Sign In

In this step, provide general information that will be stored in the database of the online shop and thus facilitate the next visit, because the user data renew during registration and they therefore there is no need  to re-enter always, but a registration with username and password is enough.

Step 2: Billing address

The address of the payer can be different than  of the purchaser or the same. Simply select the existing address or enter a new one.

Step 3: Shipping address

The delivery address can be different from the data of the purchaser, or the same. Simply select an existing address or, if necessary, enter a new shipping address.

Step 4: Delivery

You can choose different ways of delivery. The shipping costs to a surcharge for delivery and packaging costs must be paid for each order.

Step 5: Payment

You can choose from  different types of payment:

1. If you want to pay via bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail to the address you have registered with the application.

Notification of the contract

After sending the order, the customer will be informed about acceptance by email . To verify data or confirmation of delivery SAVIN d.o.o. can call the customer. The purchase process for legal persons is the same as for natural persons only at the end of the purchase, the company and the tax identification number of the company need to be written. The payment options are the same.

CONSUMER RIGHTS- withdraw from the contract

With contracts completed from a distance, the consumer has  the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days and inform the company by e-mail (info@snowmonkey-flask.com) or another communication channel, without giving reasons.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days after notification of the cancellation of the contract.  The consumer delivers the goods to the following address: SAVIN d.o.o., Glavni trg 51, 3313 Polzela, Slovenia. The only costs incurred to the consumer in relation to the cancellation of the contract are the  costs of returning.

The consumer must return the product to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the product has been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, without the consumer’s complicity.

Also the bill  must  be enclosed to the return, personal data, and the bank  account to which they wish the refund. The refund is done within 14 days after receipt of order cancellation.

Liability for defects

The seller is liable for defects with the goods, as the risk has been passed to the customer, regardless of whether this was known or not. The seller is also liable for technical errors, which occur after the risk has passed to the customer, if they are the result of the appeal, which existed before. Minor factual errors are not accepted.

Limitation of liability

SAVIN d.o.o. will make their best efforts to ensure fast and accuracy of the published data on its website.


SAVIN d.o.o. uses appropriate technical and organizational tools to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.

Disclamer of  liability

We reserve the right to terminate the website or to disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which can make the access to the website difficult or impossible. For technical problems on the site, we reserve the right to cancel orders that are affected by a technical problem. In case of cancellation of orders we will as soon as possible  inform and start the next steps. But the customer itself has to use adequate software protection (antivirus, etc.) before accessing the website and apply. The buyer must ensure adequate security and confidentiality of the data that are needed when you log in to the website (email, password).

Complaints and disputes

SAVIN d.o.o. conforms to the European legislation on consumer protection. SAVIN d.o.o. is trying to meet their obligation to provide an effective system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person in case of problems to connect with the customer by phone or email.

Complaints must be sent by email  to info@snowmonkey-flask.com The complaints procedure is confidental. SAVIN d.o.o. will confirm within five working days that they have received a complaint. They will keep the customer updated about duration and solution.

SAVIN d.o.o. is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer dispute are, at least as far as it is possible to solve, its asymmetry between the economic value of the application and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute . It is also a major obstacle to the consumer to initiate proceedings in court. Therefore SAVIN d.o.o. always tries to solve disputes.

In case of a judicial settlement of disputes, the court of the domicile of the consumer is responsible for that.
